October: R&B and Soul Yoga Flow (VIRTUAL)

Are you new to Yoga?? A returning Yogi or Are you interested in a switch up when it comes to your physical activity? If you answered YES to these questions that means you should Join me virtually via ZOOM @ 7am and 8pm (CST) as we flow through a Vinyasa- style 60 min R&B and Soul Yoga Flow. 

This class is an ALL- LEVELS class set to give us bomb vibes as we listen to some of my favorite R&B and Soul music. The vibes will definitely be there so get ready to VIBE out. 

There will be options and modifications offered throughout the class and like always I  will encourage you all to listen to your body and do what feels good. We will find movement while connecting to breath. 

Can't wait to see you ...... all you need is yourself and a yoga mat!!!
