Tulip is a compassionate and skilled yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in Social Work and Mental health. Tulip discovered the transformative power of yoga and the healing & balancing properties it provides the mind, body and spirit; while working with clients struggling with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Disabilities. She decided to deepen her practice by specializing in Trauma informed yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and Ayurveda yoga (Chakra balancing yoga) and Breathing techniques. Tulip offers Private 1:1 Virtual and In-person Yoga practices for groups/ parties, Corporate and Wellness Events, Workshops/ Retreats and more.
Tulip has a strong passion and dedication for enlightening, uplifting, educating and helping those live a happier, healed life. In her classes, Tulip mets people where they are by holding and creating safe and inclusive spaces for everyone. In addition to hosting in-person studio sessions, Tulip also offers Zoom classes for those who prefer the convenience of practicing from home.
